Farm Fresh Radishes from Jefferson Street, Farmer's Market in Burlington Iowa

I have been going to the local Farmer's Market in the different cities and towns that I live in, so I am so delighted to hear that Burlington, Iowa has one every Thrusday until the last Thursday in September.

The whole idea of the farmer's market is for farmers to sell produce that the have extra and you can purchase such produce at their prices. As I walked around and picked some fresh items from lively farmers from local farms around Burlington I passed a booth several times with some small radishes that looks like jewels. I decided to pick up a bunch and photograph them as the delicious jewels they are! 

I used a mirror as the tabletop and black foam core as the background.

As for lighting, I use a single profoto light head with a 5° grid shot through a white scrim.
