I have been in the industry for a while now, and I know that there are a lot of tricks of the trade that seasoned photographers pass down to their assistants. Since the restructuring of photo studios caused a streamline that causes the photographer to wear many hats now, there isn't an assistant to pass down all the knowledge that was passed down to me.
